STANLEY EDWARD WILLIAMS is a native of Arkansas.  He is principle owner of Global Holistic Compliance, Inc., a Houston based, labor and employment consulting firm.  He earned his B.S. Degree from California University and his J.D. Degree from the University of Akron School of Law.  He has served as a member of the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law and Litigation Sections; the National Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section, the State Bar of Texas, Labor and Employment Law and Litigation Sections; and the Houston Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law, mediation and ADR Sections.  He formerly served on the Board of Directors of The Texas Employment Law Council (TELC) and as a State Oversight Committee member of the Equal Employment Advisory Council (EEAC). He has written numerous articles and delivered speeches on many topics related to employment law.  Mr. Williams is active in various civic and charitable organizations.

Mr. Williams’ experience includes more than 25 years of management representation defending individual and class-based charges and lawsuits regarding employment issues, in virtually all forums, including mediation, compliance, administrative and litigation proceedings. Mr. Williams has handled more than 2,000 labor and employment cases. His success ratio is 98.7%.  The breath of his labor and employment experience includes Systemic Investigator and Regional Conciliator with a state civil rights commission; mediator of legal disputes; and labor and employment attorney, representing a large and diversified Fortune 500 Company.  Experience as prosecutor, defender and neutral mediator led to his adoption of a radically different approach to problem solving – the Holistic Compliance Approach.  Mr. Williams’ holistic approach is achieved through web-based Holistic Compliance Processes™ driven by Holistic Compliance Technology™.  This approach helps clients achieve sustained compliance with labor and employment regulatory compliance requirements while driving down their Costs of Compliance.
